Quasi tutte le propriet\u00e0 sono affittate agli ospedali della Swiss Medical Network o agli hotel della Victoria-Jungfrau Collection; non ci sono posti liberi, afferma la societ\u00e0.  Il fatturato netto del segmento immobiliare \u00e8 stato di 58,4 milioni di franchi svizzeri nell'esercizio 2017, il 14% in pi\u00f9 rispetto all'anno precedente (51,2 milioni). Il risultato operativo (EBITDAR) \u00e8 aumentato del 12,2%, passando da 42,4 a 47,6 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>Il fatturato netto dei cinque hotel - quattro dei quali consolidati integralmente e uno con contratto di gestione - ha raggiunto i 64,3 milioni di euro nell'esercizio, con un aumento del 6% rispetto all'anno precedente. La tariffa media delle camere \u00e8 aumentata del sette per cento, raggiungendo i 397 franchi svizzeri. Il risultato operativo (EBITDAR) ha raggiunto i 12,3 milioni, pari a un margine del 19,1%.<\/p>\n<p>Il fatturato totale degli ospedali di Swiss Medical Network ha raggiunto i 586 milioni rispetto ai 521 milioni dell'anno precedente (+12,5%), con un aumento dovuto principalmente all'integrazione della Clinique G\u00e9n\u00e9rale-Beaulieu di Ginevra nel quarto trimestre del 2016. Il fatturato netto (escluse le spese mediche) \u00e8 aumentato del 13,4% a 506,1 milioni (2016: 446,2 milioni). L'EBITDAR \u00e8 stato di 95,6 milioni, pari a un margine del 18,9%.<\/p>\n<p>Come <em>Finanza ed economia<\/em> Aevis Victoria intende quotare in borsa questo portafoglio immobiliare. Un portavoce del gruppo ha dichiarato al giornale che \"la quotazione del segmento immobiliare o di parti di esso\" era una delle varie opzioni che la societ\u00e0 stava considerando per le sue propriet\u00e0.
