A partire da mercoled\u00ec 4 novembre 2015, le azioni di Corestate saranno negoziate sul mercato regolamentato (Prime Standard) della Borsa di Francoforte.<\/p>\n<p>Nell'ambito dell'IPO, Corestate ha in programma anche un aumento di capitale con proventi lordi di emissione fino a circa 100 milioni di euro. La societ\u00e0 intende utilizzare i proventi per aumentare il numero di operazioni e per eseguire selettivamente operazioni con volumi pi\u00f9 elevati, compreso il lancio di prodotti di investimento a lungo termine per clienti istituzionali.<\/p>\n<p>Corestate gestisce un patrimonio immobiliare di 1,4 miliardi di euro, compresi i progetti di sviluppo previsti (a giugno 2015). Secondo Corestate, la maggiore base di capitale proprio le consentir\u00e0 anche di espandere il warehousing, ossia l'acquisizione temporanea di immobili nel proprio portafoglio, e quindi di cogliere pi\u00f9 rapidamente le opportunit\u00e0 di mercato favorevoli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il Consiglio di sorveglianza \u00e8 costituito<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo \u00e8 stato costituito il Consiglio di Sorveglianza di Corestate. I membri del Consiglio di sorveglianza sono il presidente Micha Blattmann (nato nel 1973), avvocato nel suo studio legale Blattman Advokatur &amp; Notariat e partner dell'hedge fund Vicenda Asset Management AG, Thomas Zinn\u00f6cker (nato nel 1961), vicepresidente del Consiglio di amministrazione di Vonovia SE (ex Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE), Ulrich Plett (nato nel 1957), revisore contabile indipendente e consulente presso UPW7 GmbH Wirtschaftspr\u00fcfungsgesellschaft iG, Urs Felder (nato nel 1959), fondatore e CEO di FELUR Schweizer Treuhand AG, e Andreas Wirz (nato nel 1970), responsabile della gestione del portafoglio presso Intershop Holding AG e membro del Consiglio di amministrazione di Corestate Capital AG.
