(Immagine: Pixabay)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>La strategia di SF Sustainable Property Fund di ottimizzare la sostenibilit\u00e0 degli immobili durante il loro intero ciclo di vita sta diventando sempre pi\u00f9 popolare, ha annunciato la societ\u00e0 di gestione del fondo. Si sta quindi valutando un aumento di capitale nel periodo marzo-aprile 2018 per finanziare ulteriori acquisizioni.<\/p>\n<p>Il fondo investe principalmente in immobili che possono essere adeguati ai criteri ecologici, sociali ed economici del fondo entro circa sette anni.<\/p>\n<p>Nel luglio 2017, ad esempio, il fondo ha acquisito un portafoglio residenziale con 18 immobili in Ticino a un prezzo di acquisto di 158 milioni di franchi.
