Il fattore decisivo per il secondo calo di fila \u00e8 la continua bassa crescita del debito ipotecario delle famiglie nel settore bancario combinato con una robusta crescita del reddito nell'ultimo trimestre, dice UBS.<\/p>\n<p>Il debito ipotecario delle famiglie \u00e8 aumentato del 2,6% l'anno scorso, che \u00e8 significativamente sotto la media del 3,8% negli ultimi dieci anni.
