L'utente principale della propriet\u00e0 multi-tenant \u00e8 la societ\u00e0 di consulenza fiscale e legale Fidial. CBRE ha assistito il venditore Lachenal Properties nell'affare.<\/p>\n<p>La propriet\u00e0 \u00e8 destinata al portafoglio del fondo immobiliare speciale S-Domus-Fonds No. 1.
