Inoltre, \u00e8 prevista la vendita di azioni dalle partecipazioni di singoli azionisti esistenti, per consentire un flottante superiore al 50%.<\/p>\n<p>Circa il 70,9% del capitale sociale \u00e8 attualmente detenuto dai due fondatori Ralph Winter (64,2%) e Thomas Landschreiber (6,7%). L'altro azionista di riferimento \u00e8 Intershop Holding AG (28,1%), quotata alla Borsa svizzera. L'offerta comprender\u00e0 anche una consueta greenshoe costituita da azioni esistenti detenute da azionisti esistenti per un massimo del 15% del volume dell'offerta.<\/p>\n<p>Le azioni saranno offerte pubblicamente in Germania e in alcune giurisdizioni al di fuori della Germania e degli Stati Uniti a investitori istituzionali internazionali tramite un collocamento privato.<\/p>\n<p>Corestate prevede di utilizzare i proventi attesi dall'aumento di capitale per aumentare il numero di operazioni e per eseguire selettivamente operazioni con volumi pi\u00f9 elevati, compreso il lancio di prodotti di investimento a lungo termine per clienti istituzionali.<\/p>\n<p>L'obiettivo \u00e8 accelerare la crescita sostenibile del patrimonio immobiliare in gestione. A giugno 2015, Corestate gestiva un patrimonio immobiliare di 1,4 miliardi di euro (compresi i progetti di sviluppo previsti). La maggiore base di capitale proprio consentir\u00e0 inoltre alla societ\u00e0 di espandere l'attivit\u00e0 di warehousing, ossia l'acquisizione temporanea di immobili nel proprio portafoglio, e quindi di cogliere pi\u00f9 rapidamente le opportunit\u00e0 di mercato favorevoli, scrive la societ\u00e0 in un comunicato stampa.<\/p>\n<p>Corestate investe per i propri clienti - in particolare per gli investitori con un background da family office o ultra-high-net-worth - principalmente nelle classi di attivit\u00e0 residenziali, studentesche e commerciali (soprattutto retail) in Germania e, in modo selettivo, in altri mercati europei, attualmente Austria e Spagna. I principali flussi di reddito di Corestate sono le commissioni di gestione e di consulenza. Vi sono anche entrate da co-investimenti e da immobili temporaneamente detenuti nel portafoglio della societ\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Corestate ha registrato una forte crescita negli ultimi anni: le vendite del Gruppo sono aumentate del 42,3% annuo tra il 2012 e il 2014, mentre l'utile netto consolidato \u00e8 aumentato di 2,3 volte nello stesso periodo.
