Secondo l'amministrazione comunale, l'obiettivo \u00e8 ridisegnare la piazza della stazione, migliorare la situazione del traffico e, in particolare, aumentare la densit\u00e0 dell'area in modo ragionevole.<\/p>\n<p>Poich\u00e9 manca una base di pianificazione concreta, \u00e8 necessario sviluppare un piano generale. Le considerazioni urbanistiche devono essere integrate con considerazioni sullo spazio esterno e sul traffico. Questo sarebbe anche in linea con i requisiti di conservazione dei monumenti storici, che richiedono un concetto globale. Infine, ma non meno importante, un piano regolatore aiuterebbe anche a informare i proprietari di immobili interessati e gli sviluppatori di progetti, afferma l'amministratore comunale Rolf Habegger.<\/p>\n<p>A Herzogenbuchsee, il piano regolatore dovrebbe anche fornire risposte alle domande sulla futura progettazione dell'attuale area della stazione, compreso il piazzale della stazione, perch\u00e9 le FFS ristruttureranno la stazione e la renderanno accessibile ai disabili al massimo entro cinque anni.
