Per l'esercizio 2015\/2016 sono gi\u00e0 previsti investimenti per 35 milioni di franchi svizzeri. Sono in programma, ad esempio, la costruzione di circa 100 appartamenti a Ostermundigen (Berna) e di altri 40 appartamenti in Avenue de Sainte-Luce a Losanna.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Risultato in crescita di oltre l'8 per cento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Solvalor 61 ha aumentato il suo risultato netto dell'8,52%, raggiungendo i 21,3 milioni di franchi svizzeri nell'esercizio 2014\/2015 conclusosi il 30 giugno 2015 (anno precedente: 19,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri). Le spese totali del fondo per l'esercizio finanziario sono aumentate del 4,6%, raggiungendo i 25,7 milioni di franchi svizzeri, che Solvalor attribuisce all'espansione del suo portafoglio immobiliare.
