Queste riserve sono state rimosse dal patrimonio netto e rilasciate attraverso il conto economico. Se rettificato per le riclassificazioni, l'utile o il reddito complessivo totale di 5,5 milioni \u00e8 privo di questi effetti.<\/p>\n<p>Per il primo semestre dell'anno finanziario, conclusosi il 30 settembre 2017, Z\u00fcblin ha registrato un reddito da locazione di 4,0 milioni, l'1,3% in pi\u00f9 rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno precedente. Il risultato operativo \u00e8 aumentato del 2,6 percento, raggiungendo i 3,8 milioni.<\/p>\n<p>L'EBIT \u00e8 stato pari a 3,0 milioni, con effetti di valutazione positivi per 1,2 milioni e riduzioni dei costi che hanno svolto un ruolo importante. Il patrimonio netto \u00e8 passato da 122,2 milioni (al 31 marzo 2017) a 127,7 milioni. Al 30 settembre 2017, l'equity ratio era pari al 61,4%.<\/p>\n<p>Il tasso di sfitto \u00e8 sceso leggermente di 0,5 punti percentuali, passando al 10,1% nel periodo in esame.
