Celle-ci ne fournit toutefois aucun fait sur l'ampleur suppos\u00e9e du blanchiment d'argent sur le march\u00e9 immobilier suisse, constate le SVIT Suisse. Elle s'appuie plut\u00f4t sur des \"suppositions\" et pr\u00e9tend \u00e9tablir des \"parall\u00e8les avec les march\u00e9s immobiliers \u00e9trangers\". Le fait est qu'il n'existe pas d'indices s\u00fbrs sur le \"nombre de cas non d\u00e9clar\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 immobilier suisse\". De plus, dans les cas suspects, il n'y a jamais eu jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de condamnation pour infraction \u00e0 la loi sur le blanchiment d'argent.<\/p>\n<p>L'association souligne que les transactions en esp\u00e8ces - m\u00eame celles inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 100.000 CHF - ne font pas partie des usages dans le commerce immobilier. Elle recommande donc \u00e0 ses membres de ne pas accepter d'argent liquide dans le cadre de transactions immobili\u00e8res et de ne pas servir d'interm\u00e9diaire pour des transactions en esp\u00e8ces. Les transactions financi\u00e8res en rapport avec des op\u00e9rations immobili\u00e8res devraient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es par l'acheteur ou le vendeur via un \u00e9tablissement financier suisse. Le respect de l'obligation de diligence est garanti par les conditions strictes impos\u00e9es aux interm\u00e9diaires financiers et une extension de la l\u00e9gislation sur le blanchiment d'argent n'est donc pas indiqu\u00e9e, poursuit le communiqu\u00e9. Cela conduirait \u00e0 des doublons sans utilit\u00e9 apparente\", estime le SVIT Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>Transparency International se plaint en outre que le march\u00e9 immobilier suisse donne lieu \u00e0 des certifications de prix d'achat trop bas ou trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s. L'association fait remarquer que cet \u00e9tat de fait est d\u00e9j\u00e0 punissable aujourd'hui. Dans l'ensemble, toutes les conclusions et les mesures demand\u00e9es par l'organisation \"ne sont rien de plus que des exigences politiquement motiv\u00e9es pour une r\u00e9gulation suppl\u00e9mentaire d'un secteur \u00e9conomique qui fonctionne\". Selon le SVIT Suisse, les instruments mis en \u0153uvre, appliqu\u00e9s correctement et de mani\u00e8re responsable, sont absolument suffisants pour emp\u00eacher le blanchiment
