Un an auparavant, on comptait encore 237 000 m\u00b2 de surface utile vacante, dont 193 000 m\u00b2 de bureaux ou de cabinets. Alors que l'on a enregistr\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e moins de surfaces de bureaux vides que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, il y avait un peu plus de surfaces vides dans toutes les cat\u00e9gories d'utilisation. Pour les surfaces de vente, l'augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 remarquable avec un plus de 7.000 m\u00b2, indique Statistique Ville de Zurich.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9partition g\u00e9ographique des surfaces de bureaux vacantes a connu des changements notables, ajoute le rapport. Alors que la plupart des quartiers de la ville ont enregistr\u00e9 une baisse du nombre de bureaux vacants, comme c'est le cas pour l'ensemble de la ville, une nette augmentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9e \u00e0 Seebach. Le nombre de bureaux vacants y a augment\u00e9 de 11.000 pour atteindre 45.000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Un m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 de bureaux sur quatre mis en vente dans la ville se trouve \u00e0 Seebach. En revanche, on a compt\u00e9 nettement moins de surfaces vacantes que l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, en particulier \u00e0 Altstetten, Escher Wyss, Alt-Wiedikon et Oerlikon.<\/p>\n<p>Le recensement des surfaces vides a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduit en 1995 par Statistique Ville de Zurich, il n'existe pas au niveau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral. L'enqu\u00eate porte sur tous les propri\u00e9taires et g\u00e9rances de b\u00e2timents ayant une surface utile de 500 m\u00b2 ou plus. Le registre des b\u00e2timents tenu par la ville de Zurich sert de source. Sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme \"vacantes\" les surfaces utiles qui, au 1er juin de l'ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, \u00e9taient propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la location permanente (d'une dur\u00e9e minimale de trois mois) ou \u00e0 la vente, et qui \u00e9taient imm\u00e9diatement utilisables, m\u00eame si la destination de la surface n'\u00e9tait pas encore d\u00e9termin\u00e9e ou ne l'\u00e9tait qu'en partie.
