Le rapport de souscription est de 3:1, ce qui signifie que trois actions existantes donnent droit \u00e0 une nouvelle action, \u00e0 un prix de souscription de 14,50 CHF par nouvelle action. Il n'y aura pas de n\u00e9goce des droits de souscription.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles actions qui n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenues dans le cadre de l'offre de droits de souscription seront attribu\u00e9es en premier lieu \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents repreneurs fixes suisses dans le cadre d'une reprise fixe partielle. A cet effet, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a conclu des accords correspondants pour un montant total allant jusqu'\u00e0 48,5 millions. Suite \u00e0 l'offre de droits de souscription et \u00e0 l'attribution dans le cadre de la prise ferme, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut effectuer un placement libre.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme immobili\u00e8re a l'intention d'utiliser le produit net pour l'acquisition d'autres placements immobiliers et pour des investissements dans le d\u00e9veloppement d'immeubles existants. En amont de l'augmentation de capital pr\u00e9vue, Fundamenta a d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis d'autres immeubles existants pour son portefeuille : Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/fundamenta-erweitert-portfolio-2\/\">au premier semestre 2017, des acquisitions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 Allschwil, Therwil et Lucerne<\/a> ainsi que l'acquisition r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 B\u00e2le apr\u00e8s la derni\u00e8re date de cl\u00f4ture du bilan, le portefeuille a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9largi pour un volume d'environ 69,6 millions (\u00e9valuation de l'acquisition). Le produit net de l'augmentation de capital doit notamment permettre d'assurer le financement durable de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans le cadre du ratio de fonds propres vis\u00e9. En outre, il est pr\u00e9vu qu'une autre partie du produit net soit utilis\u00e9e pour les projets de Zurich et de Schlieren.<\/p>\n<p>Fundamenta Real Estate AG communiquera le 6 novembre 2017 le r\u00e9sultat de l'augmentation de capital. Le capital-actions de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 apr\u00e8s l'augmentation de capital s'\u00e9l\u00e8vera au maximum \u00e0 113,5 millions.
