Le taux d'inoccupation du portefeuille du fonds a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9duit \u00e0 8,6 pour cent \u00e0 la fin septembre en raison de diverses locations et de l'acquisition r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, environ 1.000 m\u00b2 de surface locative et de places de parking ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lou\u00e9s pour une valeur locative annuelle d'environ 204.000 CHF. Rien que dans l'immeuble zurichois Max-H\u00f6gger-Strasse (commercialis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'avenir sous le nom de \"Max6\"), environ 800 m\u00b2 de surfaces de bureaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 lou\u00e9s ; le taux d'inoccupation de l'objet a ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 ramen\u00e9 au d\u00e9but du quatri\u00e8me trimestre de 14 \u00e0 5,7 pour cent.<\/p>\n<p>Les immeubles en portefeuille du fonds Helvetica Swiss Commercial ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus au troisi\u00e8me trimestre en raison de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/helvetica-swiss-commercial-kapitalerhoehung-und-boersengang\/\">augmentation de capital pr\u00e9vue<\/a> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9s. La valeur du portefeuille augmente donc l\u00e9g\u00e8rement de 0,28% \u00e0 fin septembre par rapport \u00e0 la valeur au 30 juin. Le portefeuille en portefeuille comprend d\u00e9sormais 64.500 m\u00b2 de surfaces locatives d'une valeur de 153 millions.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les indications du fonds, l'authentification de l'achat de deux autres immeubles \u00e0 Baden (AG) et Zuzwil (SG) pour un total de 29 millions a d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu lieu. Le transfert de la charge et de la jouissance a eu lieu le 1er octobre. L'achat d'un autre immeuble en Suisse centrale est sur le point d'\u00eatre conclu.<\/p>\n<p>Comme l'indique en outre la direction du fonds, c'est d\u00e9sormais la Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) qui sera responsable du n\u00e9goce hors bourse des parts de fonds \u00e0 partir du 1er septembre. Un changement de banque d\u00e9positaire (actuellement Notenstein La Roche Banque Priv\u00e9e) est \u00e9galement envisag\u00e9.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Au troisi\u00e8me
