Dans toute la Suisse, environ 67 600 logements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s sur des plateformes Internet au cours de la p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence allant du 1er juillet 2016 au 30 juin 2017. Cela repr\u00e9sente une augmentation de l'offre d'environ trois pour cent par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, le d\u00e9lai moyen d'annonce d'un condominium a augment\u00e9 de onze jours pour atteindre 103 jours. Cette augmentation disproportionn\u00e9e de la p\u00e9riode d'insertion, avec un plus de douze pour cent, indique une diminution de la demande de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s, selon l'Ilg. L'analyse des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions et villes montre que \"les march\u00e9s de Suisse al\u00e9manique se sont parfois massivement d\u00e9tendus\", tandis que la demande de logements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 reprend au Tessin et dans la r\u00e9gion de Gen\u00e8ve. Dans la r\u00e9gion de Zurich, selon l'OHMA, un acheteur a pu \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 pour un condominium apr\u00e8s une moyenne de 74 jours. En Suisse orientale, il fallait en moyenne 119 jours pour vendre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les condominiums de Gen\u00e8ve les plus chers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les condominiums les moins chers peuvent \u00eatre achet\u00e9s \u00e0 Saint-Gall et \u00e0 Berne : en moyenne pour 6 100 CHF et 6 500 CHF\/m\u00b2 respectivement. Selon l'OHMA, c'est dans les villes de Gen\u00e8ve et de Zurich qu'il fallait d\u00e9penser le plus : 13 500 et 12 100 CHF\/m\u00b2 respectivement. Un appartement moyen de 4,5 pi\u00e8ces et de 120 m\u00b2 de surface habitable co\u00fbte ainsi 780 000 (Berne), 807 000 (Saint-Gall), 1,365 million (Zurich) et 1,49 million (Gen\u00e8ve).<\/p>\n<p>Il convient \u00e9galement de noter, selon l'Ilg, que les petits condominiums bon march\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus le plus rapidement au cours de la p\u00e9riode consid\u00e9r\u00e9e. Dans la quasi-totalit\u00e9 des villes \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, les biens d'une \u00e0 deux pi\u00e8ces et demie propos\u00e9s \u00e0 moins de 500 000 euros pr\u00e9sentent la p\u00e9riode d'insertion la plus courte. Les appartements plus grands et plus chers devaient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement faire l'objet d'une publicit\u00e9 beaucoup plus longue.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D'autres r\u00e9sultats de l'actuelle \"Analyse du
