Les actionnaires de l'entreprise peuvent encore souscrire \u00e0 l'obligation jusqu'au 29 septembre 2017 dans le cadre d'un droit de souscription pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel. Les obligations non souscrites de l'emprunt hybride convertible seront propos\u00e9es \u00e0 d'autres actionnaires int\u00e9ress\u00e9s et \u00e0 d'autres investisseurs dans le cadre d'une proc\u00e9dure de bookbuilding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e illimit\u00e9e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La dur\u00e9e de l'emprunt hybride convertible est illimit\u00e9e. Une r\u00e9siliation de l'obligation par Peach Property Group est possible pour la premi\u00e8re fois le 30 septembre 2022. Jusqu'\u00e0 cette date, l'obligation est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e par un coupon de 3,00% par an. Ensuite, le taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel sera \u00e9gal au Libor \u00e0 trois mois major\u00e9 de 9,25 pour cent. Entre le 16 octobre 2017 et le 30 d\u00e9cembre 2020, l'obligation hybride convertible peut \u00eatre convertie \u00e0 tout moment en actions nominatives de Peach Property Group AG \u00e0 un prix de conversion de 29,50 CHF. Cela correspond \u00e0 une prime de pr\u00e8s de 20 pour cent par rapport au cours moyen pond\u00e9r\u00e9 en fonction du volume des 30 derniers jours de n\u00e9goce.<\/p>\n<p>La cotation de l'emprunt hybride convertible \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9e et l'admission provisoire est pr\u00e9vue pour le 4 octobre 2017. L'accent est mis sur la Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, la Rh\u00e9nanie-Palatinat et la Hesse du Nord.
