Selon ses initiateurs, le SREOI est le premier indice h\u00e9donique au monde \u00e0 \u00eatre calcul\u00e9 et actualis\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 : 3,2 % plus cher sur un an<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les appartements en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 ont donc augment\u00e9 de 0,5 % en juillet, ce qui, selon Martin Waeber, directeur d'ImmoScout24, doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une normalisation. En juin, les prix de cette cat\u00e9gorie avaient encore augment\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de trois points de pourcentage. Sur une base annuelle, le SREOI indique une hausse de 3,2 % pour les appartements en propri\u00e9t\u00e9. Fin juillet, un m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9 d'appartement en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 co\u00fbtait en moyenne 7.360 CHF en Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>Les prix d'achat des maisons individuelles ont \u00e9galement augment\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment en juillet, avec une hausse de 0,8 pour cent. \"La situation sur le front des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat est calme et tout semble actuellement suivre son cours\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Waeber. Reste \u00e0 savoir ce que les prochains mois apporteront \u00e0 l'ensemble du secteur immobilier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les loyers : Des tendances diff\u00e9rentes dans les grandes r\u00e9gions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans les grandes r\u00e9gions que sont la Suisse du Nord-Ouest, Zurich et la Suisse orientale, les loyers propos\u00e9s n'ont gu\u00e8re \u00e9volu\u00e9 en juillet. C'est la Suisse centrale qui a enregistr\u00e9 la plus forte baisse, avec moins 1,3 point de pourcentage par rapport au mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. La plus forte hausse a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e au Tessin avec plus 1,5 %, suivi de la r\u00e9gion l\u00e9manique avec une augmentation de 0,9
