En 2013, le projet \"Theatre of Dreams\" des architectes Caruso St. John a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenu dans le cadre d'un concours d'architecture. La prochaine \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9gler la question du financement. L'ouverture de l'ar\u00e8ne de hockey sur glace et de sport est pr\u00e9vue pour 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Les co\u00fbts d'investissement pour le projet d'ar\u00e8ne de hockey sur glace et de sport des ZSC Lions s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 un total de 169 millions de francs. Les investisseurs priv\u00e9s financent le projet \u00e0 hauteur de 36 millions de francs, dont 30 millions de francs pour la construction de l'ar\u00e8ne de hockey sur glace et de sport et 6 millions de francs comme moyens d'exploitation. Environ 19 millions de francs proviennent de contributions d'investissement de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, du canton et de tiers.<\/p>\n<p>La ville de Zurich accorde aux ZSC Lions un droit de superficie d'une dur\u00e9e de 65 ans pour le terrain municipal d'Altstetten, avec une rente de droit de superficie initiale de 35 000 francs par an. En outre, la ZSC Lions Arena Immobilien AG re\u00e7oit de la ville de Zurich un pr\u00eat remboursable et r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 au prix de revient de 120 millions de francs sur une dur\u00e9e de 65 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Le responsable des finances de la ville et conseiller municipal Daniel Leupi a adopt\u00e9 la directive correspondante concernant l'octroi du droit de superficie, du pr\u00eat et de la contribution d'exploitation r\u00e9currente \u00e0 l'attention de la commune. Dans la mesure o\u00f9 le conseil municipal approuve la proposition du conseil de ville, une votation populaire aura lieu. Pour le projet de construction, 120 des quelque 320 jardins familiaux de l'aire de jardins familiaux Vulkan devront vraisemblablement \u00eatre supprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd'hui lundi et jeudi prochain (24 septembre 2015), les locataires de jardins familiaux ainsi que la population du quartier d'Altstetten et de Gr\u00fcnau doivent \u00eatre inform\u00e9s en d\u00e9tail du projet.
