(Image : Ville de Zurich)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Le co\u00fbt total de la transformation de la Tonhalle et du Palais des Congr\u00e8s ainsi que de la r\u00e9organisation de l'organisme responsable s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve donc \u00e0 239,45 millions de francs. La ville devra \u00e0 l'avenir verser une contribution annuelle de 5,4 millions de francs au maximum pour la gestion du Palais des Congr\u00e8s et de la Tonhalle, afin de couvrir les co\u00fbts. En contrepartie, le terrain, id\u00e9alement situ\u00e9 au bord du lac de Zurich, sera transf\u00e9r\u00e9 en propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la ville. Sous r\u00e9serve de l'acceptation du projet par le conseil municipal et les \u00e9lecteurs, les travaux de remise en \u00e9tat et de transformation devraient d\u00e9buter en juillet 2017. La r\u00e9ouverture est pr\u00e9vue pour ao\u00fbt 2020. Les citoyens de la ville de Zurich pourront vraisemblablement se prononcer sur le projet en juin 2016.<\/p>\n<p>La remise en \u00e9tat et la transformation du Palais des Congr\u00e8s et de la Tonhalle devraient permettre d'accueillir \u00e0 l'avenir des congr\u00e8s pouvant accueillir jusqu'\u00e0 2500 participants. Gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9montage de la salle panoramique \u00e0 l'\u00e9tage, les visiteurs du Palais des congr\u00e8s et de la Tonhalle auront une vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur le lac et les Alpes. Sur la surface ainsi lib\u00e9r\u00e9e, il est pr\u00e9vu d'am\u00e9nager un restaurant public avec terrasse, qui offrira \u00e9galement \"\u00e0 la population un nouveau lieu de d\u00e9tente attrayant au centre-ville\", \u00e9crit le conseil municipal. Il veut toutefois renoncer \u00e0 une solution provisoire pour l'exploitation du Palais des Congr\u00e8s pendant les travaux.
