Depuis l'\u00e9t\u00e9 2012, les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate sont condens\u00e9s en indices de prix attendus et publi\u00e9s en collaboration avec la HEV Suisse. Les derniers r\u00e9sultats sont d\u00e9sormais disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Les acteurs du secteur immobilier interrog\u00e9s s'attendent \u00e0 ce que les prix d'achat des logements collectifs augmentent et que les loyers diminuent. Les rendements initiaux devraient donc baisser. Les prix devraient augmenter dans les r\u00e9gions de B\u00e2le, du Jura, de Zurich, de la Suisse orientale et du Mittelland. Dans la r\u00e9gion l\u00e9manique ainsi que dans l'espace alpin, les experts s'attendent \u00e0 des prix stables, seuls les prix d'achat dans le sud de la Suisse sont attendus \u00e0 la baisse.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 du logement, les experts s'attendent globalement \u00e0 une \u00e9volution stable des prix. Dans ce domaine, les personnes interrog\u00e9es s'attendent \u00e0 une stabilit\u00e9, voire \u00e0 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse des prix des logements en propri\u00e9t\u00e9. L'indice des attentes en mati\u00e8re de prix \u00e9volue lat\u00e9ralement, passant de -10,6 \u00e0 -9,6 points.<\/p>\n<p>Sur le march\u00e9 des bureaux, les personnes interrog\u00e9es s'attendent \u00e0 une baisse des loyers et des prix des transactions dans toute la Suisse.
