Le revenu des immeubles a \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9 d'un million.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat op\u00e9rationnel du premier trimestre est conforme aux attentes, indique PSP Swiss Property. Pour l'ensemble de l'exercice 2017, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme immobili\u00e8re s'attend \u00e0 un Ebitda (sans effets d'\u00e9valuation) inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, soit environ 225 millions (2016 : 241,6 millions). Cela s'explique par le fait que l'on pr\u00e9voit moins de revenus issus de la vente d'appartements en copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse des revenus fonciers.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne le taux de vacance \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2017, PSP s'attend \u00e0 une am\u00e9lioration d'environ neuf pour cent, alors que la pr\u00e9vision pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente \u00e9tait de dix pour cent. Fin mars, le taux d'inoccupation \u00e9tait de 9,1 %, dont 0,7 point de pourcentage correspondait toutefois \u00e0 des travaux de r\u00e9novation en cours.<\/p>\n<p>Fin mars 2017, le portefeuille immobilier comprenait 161 immeubles de bureaux et de commerces ainsi que quatre sites de d\u00e9veloppement et six projets individuels.
