Le portefeuille se compose principalement d'immeubles d'habitation dans le canton de Berne et sur le Plateau. Le fonds est en outre pr\u00e9sent dans les cantons d'Argovie, de Fribourg et de Zurich ainsi que dans d'autres r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n<p>Il est maintenant pr\u00e9vu d'\u00e9mettre jusqu'\u00e0 200.000 nouvelles parts sociales d'Immo Helvetic, ce qui porterait le nombre de parts sociales en circulation \u00e0 4,2 millions. L'augmentation de capital doit avoir lieu en juin, la lib\u00e9ration des nouvelles parts est fix\u00e9e au 30 juin 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant le d\u00e9lai de souscription, les d\u00e9tenteurs actuels de parts peuvent acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles parts du fonds immobilier sur la base de leurs droits de souscription. Les nouveaux investisseurs peuvent participer \u00e0 l'augmentation de capital dans le cadre du n\u00e9goce des droits de souscription \u00e0 la SIX Swiss Exchange, communique Berninvest.<\/p>\n<p>Le prix de souscription n'est pas encore fix\u00e9, mais il se composera de la valeur nette d'inventaire (apr\u00e8s distribution) \u00e0 la cl\u00f4ture au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016, \u00e0 laquelle s'ajouteront les revenus courus, la commission d'\u00e9mission et les frais annexes pr\u00e9vus dans le contrat de fonds, poursuit Berninvest.<br \/>\nLe produit de l'\u00e9mission doit servir \u00e0 remplacer des fonds \u00e9trangers et \u00e0 financer les projets de construction de nouveaux b\u00e2timents.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de l'exercice 2016, Immo Helvetic a affich\u00e9 une performance de 15%, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/immo-helvtic-geschaeftsjahr-rekordergebnis\/\">la direction du fonds a parl\u00e9 du \"meilleur exercice de tous les temps\".<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La direction du fonds Immo Helvetic veut proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une augmentation de capital pour le fonds immobilier.
