La croissance a \u00e9t\u00e9 principalement port\u00e9e par le secteur h\u00f4telier, dont les recettes externes ont augment\u00e9 de 14,0 % \u00e0 173,5 millions de CHF. Dans l'immobilier - le segment le plus important - les recettes ont recul\u00e9 de 1,8 % \u00e0 349,3 millions de CHF, principalement en raison de l'affaiblissement de la livre \u00e9gyptienne. La baisse a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus marqu\u00e9e pour les ventes de terrains : Une seule transaction a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 un recul de 40,6 % \u00e0 26,1 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 un chiffre d'affaires plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice brut a baiss\u00e9 de 160,3 millions \u00e0 149,2 millions de CHF, ce qui s'explique par une augmentation des co\u00fbts. La forte augmentation du r\u00e9sultat global s'explique essentiellement par une nette diminution des autres pertes : l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, les pertes de change et les d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciations d'actifs immobilis\u00e9s avaient pes\u00e9 sur le r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 hauteur d'environ 60,0 millions de CHF ; en 2025, elles n'\u00e9taient plus que de 14,4 millions de CHF. A cela s'ajoutent des gains de change de 21,0 millions de CHF. Les actionnaires de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re ont re\u00e7u 41,0 millions de CHF du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : perte de 6,1 millions).<br \/>\nAndermatt Swiss Alps avec une am\u00e9lioration remarquable<\/p>\n<p>La seule participation suisse est Andermatt Swiss Alps (ASA), dans laquelle ODH d\u00e9tient 49 %. La part du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'ASA revenant \u00e0 ODH s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 3,8 millions de CHF en 2025 (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 1,8 million) - pour un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice annuel d'ASA qui, selon les indications d'ODH, peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 aux actionnaires de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur de 7,7 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 3,6 millions). La contribution d'ASA au r\u00e9sultat a donc plus que doubl\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le chiffre d'affaires d'ASA \u00e9tait de 184,4 millions de CHF en 2025 (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : 249,0 millions) ; le recul devrait \u00eatre li\u00e9 \u00e0 l'activit\u00e9 immobili\u00e8re tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e en 2024 - la pr\u00e9sente partie financi\u00e8re d'ODH ne contient pas d'informations plus pr\u00e9cises sur les segments d'ASA.<\/p>\n<p>La valeur comptable de la participation d'ODH dans ASA est pass\u00e9e de 36,9 millions \u00e0 41,8 millions de CHF, ce qui refl\u00e8te la contribution au r\u00e9sultat ainsi que d'autres effets OCI.<\/p>\n<h3>D\u00e9listing et changement de propri\u00e9taire<\/h3>\n<p>Le retrait d'ODH de la SIX Swiss Exchange a constitu\u00e9 un autre tournant majeur de l'exercice. Apr\u00e8s que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 LPSO Holding - principal v\u00e9hicule de la famille Sawiris - ait lanc\u00e9 fin 2024 une offre publique d'achat \u00e0 CHF 5,60 par action et d\u00e9tenait plus de 97 % des actions \u00e0 fin f\u00e9vrier 2025, le retrait de la cote a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 lors de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en mai ; le dernier jour de n\u00e9goce \u00e9tait le 4 juin 2025. Depuis lors, ODH est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 anonyme non cot\u00e9e en bourse. En d\u00e9cembre 2025, le d\u00e9part du CEO Omar El Hamamsy a en outre \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9, et la r\u00e9serve de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration en actions de 1,8 million de CHF qui y \u00e9tait li\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 dissoute avec effet sur le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p>La situation financi\u00e8re s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e au cours de l'ann\u00e9e : l'endettement net a diminu\u00e9 de 263,0 millions \u00e0 178,2 millions de CHF, le ratio de gearing de 58,1 \u00e0 38,7 %. Apr\u00e8s la fin de l'ann\u00e9e, la vente de l'h\u00f4tel The Cove Rotana \u00e0 Ras al-Khaimah (EAU), convenue au pr\u00e9alable, a en outre \u00e9t\u00e9 conclue pour le 7 janvier 2026 ; le
