C'est ce qu'annonce UBS Fund Management (Switzerland) AG dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le 25 juin, UBS a rendu public un retard proc\u00e9dural dans l'approbation de la fusion des trois fonds UBS Living Plus, Hospitality et Residentia. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/unternehmen\/2025-06-26\/ubs-einsprachen-verzoegern-fonds-fusion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(IB a rapport\u00e9)<\/a>.
