Le r\u00e9sultat net a augment\u00e9 de 7,2% sur la p\u00e9riode de douze mois pour atteindre 64,9 millions de CHF. Le taux d'inoccupation a atteint un nouveau plancher de 9,98%. L'augmentation des revenus locatifs de 4,33% \u00e0 113,3 millions de CHF s'explique entre autres par la ren\u00e9gociation des contrats de location. La marge Ebit est pass\u00e9e de 69,3 \u00e0 72,5%, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une nette augmentation par rapport au 30 juin 2024 (69,28%). Dans un communiqu\u00e9, Procimmo indique que le volume de l'augmentation de capital pr\u00e9vue est de 145 millions de CHF.
