Les revenus locatifs sont pass\u00e9s de 3,1 millions \u00e0 4,3 millions de CHF, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une nette diminution des pertes dues aux logements vacants. Le r\u00e9sultat d'exploitation (de 2,5 millions \u00e0 3,4 millions de CHF) et le r\u00e9sultat net (de 1,3 million \u00e0 2,2 millions de CHF) se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re similaire. Comme le r\u00e9sultat de la r\u00e9\u00e9valuation est pass\u00e9 de -0,5 million \u00e0 +2,2 millions de CHF, le r\u00e9sultat total a augment\u00e9 de 1,3 million \u00e0 4,3 millions de CHF. Il n'y a pas eu d'achats ni de ventes.<\/p>\n<p>Prisma est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par la fondation de placement Gefiswiss de Lausanne.
