Les chiffres d'affaires d\u00e9saisonnalis\u00e9s attendus dans le secteur principal de la construction pour le d\u00e9but de l'ann\u00e9e se situent donc dans la fourchette du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Alors que le b\u00e2timent devrait \u00e0 nouveau progresser (+4%), l'indice du g\u00e9nie civil est quelque peu en retrait par rapport au succ\u00e8s du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (-3,4%).<\/p>\n<p>Dans l'ensemble, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Suisse des Entrepreneurs (SSE) s'attend pour l'ann\u00e9e en cours \u00e0 une poursuite de la tendance au succ\u00e8s, qui sera de plus en plus port\u00e9e par le b\u00e2timent. La construction de logements locatifs devrait jouer un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, indique la SSE.<\/p>\n<p>Avec 121 points au premier trimestre 2017, l'indice du b\u00e2timent est sup\u00e9rieur d'environ 11% \u00e0 celui du m\u00eame trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Corrig\u00e9e des variations saisonni\u00e8res et du nombre de jours ouvrables, la SSE s'attend \u00e0 une nette augmentation du chiffre d'affaires dans la construction de logements (+6,7%), alors que la construction \u00e9conomique ne devrait pas tout \u00e0 fait atteindre le niveau du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent (-2,2%). Dans l'ensemble, les chiffres d'affaires du b\u00e2timent de l'ann\u00e9e 2017 devraient encore augmenter par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et \u00eatre aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux de l'ann\u00e9e record 2014, pronostique la SSE. En 2016, selon les demandes de permis de construire, des projets de construction de b\u00e2timents ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9s pour un montant de 48,6 milliards de CHF. Il s'agit de la valeur la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e depuis 2013, lorsque l'initiative sur les r\u00e9sidences secondaires a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Le boom de la construction : une \u00e9p\u00e9e \u00e0 double tranchant<\/h2>\n<p>La ru\u00e9e sur les placements immobiliers, attractifs dans le contexte actuel de taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat n\u00e9gatifs, devrait se traduire par un nombre record d'unit\u00e9s d'habitation produites, pronostique l'association. A long terme, ce boom de la construction est toutefois une \u00e9p\u00e9e \u00e0 double tranchant : les chiffres d'affaires \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans le b\u00e2timent, dus \u00e0 l'environnement de taux bas, ont en quelque sorte un caract\u00e8re d'avance. Celle-ci dispara\u00eetra d\u00e8s que l'immobilier perdra de son attrait pour les investisseurs par rapport \u00e0 d'autres cat\u00e9gories de placement, par exemple en raison d'une hausse du niveau des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat, \u00e9crit la SSE dans un communiqu\u00e9. Les ventes anticip\u00e9es dans la construction neuve p\u00e8seront sur les entr\u00e9es de commandes jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'offre exc\u00e9dentaire sur les march\u00e9s utilisateurs soit \u00e0 nouveau r\u00e9sorb\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>L'indice suisse de la construction est publi\u00e9 chaque trimestre conjointement par le Credit Suisse et la SSE. Il sert d'indicateur avanc\u00e9 de la conjoncture dans la construction en Suisse, en pr\u00e9voyant le chiffre d'affaires du secteur principal de la construction pour le trimestre en cours. L'indicateur est calcul\u00e9 par Credit Suisse Economic Research et se base principalement sur l'enqu\u00eate trimestrielle de la SSE aupr\u00e8s de ses membres.
