Pendant ce temps, les revenus locatifs ont diminu\u00e9 de 1,3 million de CHF pour atteindre 54,4 millions de CHF. Avec des charges qui ont augment\u00e9 de 25,0 millions \u00e0 26,1 millions de CHF, le produit net a \u00e9galement diminu\u00e9, passant de 30,9 millions \u00e0 26,1 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Le cours de bourse a cependant augment\u00e9 de 13,60 CHF en l'espace de six mois pour atteindre 197,60 CHF.
