La fusion des fonds immobiliers r\u00e9sidentiels devait avoir lieu fin juin 2025. Dans les communications publiques relatives aux modifications pr\u00e9vues des contrats de fonds pertinents, la direction du fonds avait indiqu\u00e9 qu'il \u00e9tait possible de d\u00e9poser des objections aupr\u00e8s de l'autorit\u00e9 de surveillance dans les 30 jours suivant la publication. Selon UBS, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait entre-temps. Les investisseurs concern\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentaient toutefois moins de 0,1% du capital dans l'un des fonds immobiliers mentionn\u00e9s, est-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9. L'autorisation r\u00e9glementaire requise pour la fusion est n\u00e9anmoins retard\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\"Cela ne change rien \u00e0 notre appr\u00e9ciation selon laquelle la fusion pr\u00e9vue est dans l'int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral des investisseurs\", \u00e9crit l'UBS. \"Nous restons d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 faire avancer la fusion pr\u00e9vue aussi rapidement et efficacement que possible\". Le retard pris par les fonds de logement n'a aucune incidence sur les deux autres fusions de fonds pr\u00e9vues, annonc\u00e9es en novembre 2024, pr\u00e9cise l'UBS.
