Il s'agit d'un \"report temporaire de remboursement\" pour les parts qui se sont accumul\u00e9es dans le fonds n\u00e9goci\u00e9 en bourse pour l'exercice se terminant le 30 juin. Celles-ci s'\u00e9levaient \u00e0 27,8% de toutes les actions en circulation. Avec ce report, UBS se r\u00e9f\u00e8re \u00e0 l'article 17, paragraphe 5, du contrat de fonds. Une reprise des march\u00e9s immobiliers europ\u00e9ens \"avec des volumes de transactions en hausse et des prix r\u00e9silients\" est attendue au plus t\u00f4t pour 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>Taux de perte de loyer \u00e0 faible 0,6%<\/h3>\n<p>Le fonds investit \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne dans des immeubles d'habitation, de logistique, de bureaux et de commerce de d\u00e9tail. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 en 2018 et cot\u00e9 \u00e0 la Bourse suisse en 2022. Le portefeuille comprend 14 immeubles d'une valeur v\u00e9nale de 283,5 millions de CHF. Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 0,6% et la dur\u00e9e moyenne restante des contrats de location \u00e0 plus de six ans.
