Les revenus immobiliers ont baiss\u00e9 de 2,5% \u00e0 86,9 millions de CHF par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par deux effets exceptionnels. Like-for-like, les revenus immobiliers auraient toutefois augment\u00e9 de 1,7%, soit 1,3 million de CHF, dont 0,7 million de CHF provenant de l'indexation.<\/p>\n<h3>B\u00e9n\u00e9fice d'\u00e9valuation inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente<\/h3>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat op\u00e9rationnel a diminu\u00e9 de 11,7% \u00e0 50,0 millions de CHF et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice net est pass\u00e9 de 81,9 millions \u00e0 60,6 millions de CHF. La diminution de 25,2% s'explique notamment par la baisse de la revalorisation du portefeuille \u00e0 hauteur de 13,7 millions de CHF (T1 2024 : 31,2 millions de CHF).<\/p>\n<h3>Toujours r\u00e9ticent \u00e0 l'achat<\/h3>\n<p>PSP estime que le march\u00e9 des transactions est certes un peu plus anim\u00e9. \"L'offre de biens immobiliers de premier ordre, qui correspondent \u00e0 notre strat\u00e9gie, devrait cependant rester limit\u00e9e\", \u00e9crit l'entreprise. \"En tant qu'acheteurs, nous restons prudents et ne saisissons que les opportunit\u00e9s d'achat qui laissent entrevoir une plus-value \u00e0 moyen et long terme\". Pour l'exercice 2025, PSP s'attend toujours \u00e0 un Ebitda sans les r\u00e9sultats des immeubles d'environ 300 millions de CHF (2024 : 304,9 millions).
