Le taux d'inoccupation a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement baiss\u00e9, passant de 6,9 \u00e0 6,8%, et la valeur de march\u00e9 du portefeuille, qui s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 278,2 millions de CHF au 31 d\u00e9cembre, n'est que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Le rendement brut a quant \u00e0 lui augment\u00e9 de 6,3 \u00e0 6,4%. Il n'y a pas eu d'achats ou de ventes au cours de l'exercice. Le portefeuille comprend toujours 16 immeubles.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9sultat global en hausse malgr\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation plus faible<\/h3>\n<p>Les recettes totales ont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9, passant de 16,8 millions \u00e0 16,3 millions de CHF. Selon le rapport annuel, cela s'explique par les ventes de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les charges totales ont diminu\u00e9 de 6,9 millions \u00e0 6,3 millions de CHF, tandis que les produits nets ont augment\u00e9 de 9,9 millions \u00e0 10,04 millions de CHF. Le r\u00e9sultat r\u00e9alis\u00e9 a nettement augment\u00e9 : apr\u00e8s -12,3 millions l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, il s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 +9,9 millions de CHF. L'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, des pertes sur ventes de 22,3 millions de CHF avaient terni le r\u00e9sultat r\u00e9alis\u00e9. Le r\u00e9sultat global s'est lui aussi consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9, passant de -10,5 \u00e0 +7,0 millions de CHF.
