Comme le communique UBS Fund Management, les v\u00e9hicules Living Plus, Hospitality et Residentia devraient ouvrir le bal et porter le nom d'UBS Living Plus \u00e0 la fin juin. Le fonds nouvellement combin\u00e9 se concentre sur des formes d'habitat alternatives telles que les maisons de retraite et de soins, les r\u00e9sidences pour personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, les micro-appartements, les appartements avec services, l'habitat avec services et l'immobilier \u00e9ducatif comme les logements pour \u00e9tudiants. Le v\u00e9hicule de placement revendique alors le titre de plus grand fonds suisse d'immobilier r\u00e9sidentiel en d\u00e9tention directe et comprend plus de 150 immeubles pour une fortune totale de fonds d'environ 4,4 milliards de CHF. Contrairement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/unternehmen\/2024-11-08\/ubs-legt-immobilienfonds-zusammen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">communiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'origine<\/a>UBS Direct Residential continuera d'exister sous sa forme actuelle. Il se concentre sur les immeubles d'habitation situ\u00e9s dans les r\u00e9gions de Zurich, B\u00e2le et Berne. Fin 2024, le fonds comptait un portefeuille de 84 immeubles d'une valeur v\u00e9nale d'environ 1 milliard de CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l'int\u00e9gration de Credit Suisse Funds AG, la gestion de fonds de l'UBS g\u00e8re actuellement 14 fonds immobiliers sur le march\u00e9 suisse. En novembre dernier, elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses projets de regroupement de fonds ayant des strat\u00e9gies d'investissement similaires.
