Le chiffre d'affaires du groupe a atteint le niveau de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente avec 3,6 milliards de CHF, tandis que le carnet de commandes a l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diminu\u00e9, passant d'environ 7 milliards de CHF \u00e0 6,8 milliards de CHF. En revanche, le r\u00e9sultat du groupe a nettement diminu\u00e9, passant de CHF 141,8 millions \u00e0 CHF 93,4 millions, ce qu'Implenia explique par des effets fiscaux.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la division Real Estate, l'Ebit a baiss\u00e9 de 40,5 millions \u00e0 37,2 millions de CHF. \"En raison de la situation du march\u00e9, la division n'a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que peu de ventes l'an dernier, se pr\u00e9servant ainsi la flexibilit\u00e9 de c\u00e9der ses projets au moment id\u00e9al, qui d\u00e9pend de l'\u00e9tat de d\u00e9veloppement et de la demande du march\u00e9\", \u00e9crit Implenia. La valeur comptable du portefeuille immobilier est pass\u00e9e de 149 millions \u00e0 191 millions de CHF. Cette augmentation s'explique par de \"nouveaux investissements significatifs\" au premier semestre et par des d\u00e9sinvestissements au second semestre.<\/p>\n<h3>Ina Invest affiche un d\u00e9ficit important en raison d'un effet unique<\/h3>\n<p>L'Ebit comprend une contribution au r\u00e9sultat de la filiale Ina Invest d'un montant net de 16,4 millions de CHF. Comme il en a \u00e9t\u00e9 fait \u00e9tat, l'entreprise fusionne avec Cham Group. Comme Ina Invest doit verser un paiement unique \u00e0 l'ancienne m\u00e8re dans le cadre de la r\u00e9siliation du contrat avec Implenia, un effet unique n\u00e9gatif de CHF -34,7 millions a \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9. En cons\u00e9quence, le compte de r\u00e9sultat de la filiale pour 2024 fait \u00e9tat d'un Ebit de -14,2 millions et d'une perte nette de -17,4 millions de CHF. Ina Invest pr\u00e9sentera ses chiffres d'affaires dans les prochains jours.<\/p>\n<h3>Le secteur immobilier devient partie int\u00e9grante de la division Buildings<\/h3>\n<p>En attendant, la division immobili\u00e8re d'Implenia ne sera pas maintenue sous sa forme actuelle. Comme l'a annonc\u00e9 le groupe, les divisions Real Estate et Buildings seront regroup\u00e9es dans une division Buildings dirig\u00e9e par Adrian Wyss. La division comprend le portefeuille Real Estate ainsi que le secteur du b\u00e2timent en Suisse et en Allemagne.
