En termes nominaux, on annonce certes une augmentation du chiffre d'affaires, mais si l'on tient compte de ce dernier, on constate plut\u00f4t une \u00e9volution lat\u00e9rale. Les entr\u00e9es de commandes et les r\u00e9serves de travail \u00e9voluent de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re \u00e0 la baisse.<\/p>\n<p>De janvier \u00e0 septembre, le secteur principal de la construction a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des chiffres d'affaires nominaux de 17,5 milliards de francs, ce qui correspond \u00e0 une augmentation de 0,6 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Corrig\u00e9 de l'inflation selon le rench\u00e9rissement de 1,1 %, il en r\u00e9sulte un l\u00e9ger recul de 0,5 %. En termes r\u00e9els, le g\u00e9nie civil a progress\u00e9 de 2,6 %, tandis que le b\u00e2timent a recul\u00e9 de 3,4 %.<\/p>\n<p>Les entr\u00e9es de commandes ont diminu\u00e9 de 2,5 % en termes r\u00e9els par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente pour atteindre 17,3 milliards de francs. Selon l'ASM, tous les secteurs du b\u00e2timent sont concern\u00e9s par ce recul. Plusieurs causes peuvent \u00eatre identifi\u00e9es : la hausse des taux d'int\u00e9r\u00eat dans le pass\u00e9, les co\u00fbts de construction plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s, la situation \u00e9conomique morose ainsi que le manque accru de moyens des ma\u00eetres d'ouvrage publics. En revanche, le g\u00e9nie civil public et priv\u00e9 a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse des commandes.<\/p>\n<h3>L'augmentation des demandes de logement est porteuse d'espoir<\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9serves de travail ont diminu\u00e9 de 3,7 % \u00e0 14,9 milliards de CHF \u00e0 fin septembre. Cela correspond \u00e0 un carnet de commandes d'environ 7,7 mois. Tous les secteurs et toutes les r\u00e9gions sont concern\u00e9s par cette baisse. \"Les perspectives d'avenir pour les prochains trimestres sont quelque peu assombries\", \u00e9crit l'ASM dans un communiqu\u00e9. L'indice de la construction laisse supposer que l'activit\u00e9 de construction \u00e9voluera lat\u00e9ralement, voire \u00e0 la baisse, selon les secteurs au cours des prochains trimestres.
