Ceux-ci doivent maintenant \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment au plan d'am\u00e9nagement en vigueur pour le site Hydrel. Actuellement, la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape des travaux de d\u00e9molition est en cours. Ces travaux devraient \u00eatre termin\u00e9s fin mars 2025. Le d\u00e9but des travaux de construction est pr\u00e9vu pour le 4e trimestre 2025. L'emm\u00e9nagement de la 1\u00e8re \u00e9tape devrait avoir lieu au plus t\u00f4t fin 2027.<\/p>\n<p>\"Pour la ville de Romanshorn, ce d\u00e9veloppement est une pi\u00e8ce importante de la mosa\u00efque pour une croissance qualitative et montre que la ville est tr\u00e8s attractive pour les investisseurs\", peut-on lire dans un communiqu\u00e9. Le permis de construire n'est toutefois pas encore entr\u00e9 en vigueur en raison du d\u00e9lai de recours en cours.<\/p>\n<p>Selon un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/regionen\/2024-07-15\/romanshorn-baugesuch-fuer-wohnueberbauung-in-see-naehe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rapport pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a> le montant de l'investissement s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 86 millions de CHF et le ma\u00eetre d'ouvrage est une entreprise zougoise.
