Le canton, la commune d'Altdorf, les CFF et des investisseurs priv\u00e9s s'emploient \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 r\u00e9nover l'infrastructure de la gare d'Altdorf et de ses environs en r\u00e9alisant quatre projets partiels.<\/p>\n<p>Le canton d'Uri est responsable de la construction des places de gare sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s ouest et est de la gare (projets partiels 1 et 2). Ces projets comprennent une gare routi\u00e8re, des adaptations routi\u00e8res ainsi que des infrastructures pour le Park+Ride.<\/p>\n<h2>UKB construit un nouveau b\u00e2timent de gare<\/h2>\n<p>Pour le troisi\u00e8me projet partiel, la Banque cantonale d'Uri (UKB) veut r\u00e9aliser un nouveau b\u00e2timent sur la place de la gare 1 en remplacement de l'actuel b\u00e2timent de la gare. Il s'agira d'un \"b\u00e2timent de la gare cantonale convaincant du point de vue de l'am\u00e9nagement du site et de l'architecture et proposant des offres attrayantes\", indique un communiqu\u00e9 du Conseil d'Etat uranais.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le quatri\u00e8me sous-projet, les CFF et la commune d'Altdorf s'engagent dans le cadre de l'adaptation des installations publiques des CFF, notamment pour le prolongement des quais de gare et pour le prolongement du passage souterrain pour les personnes du c\u00f4t\u00e9 ouest. En outre, diff\u00e9rents acteurs priv\u00e9s ont des projets de construction plus ou moins avanc\u00e9s en cours de planification dans le secteur de la gare.<\/p>\n<h2>Investissements jusqu'\u00e0 60 millions<\/h2>\n<p>Au total, le montant des investissements n\u00e9cessaires s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 55 \u00e0 60 millions de CHF. Les CFF se taillent la part du lion, investissant plus de 40 millions dans le seul prolongement des quais. Les travaux de construction autour de la gare d'Altdorf devraient commencer fin 2019. La dur\u00e9e des travaux est d'environ deux ans. La nouvelle gare cantonale devrait \u00eatre op\u00e9rationnelle fin 2021.<\/p>\n<p>La gare d'Altdorf gagne en importance car, depuis l'ouverture du tunnel de base du Gothard fin 2016, des trains rapides \u00e0 grande vitesse s'arr\u00eatent \u00e9galement dans le canton d'Uri. D\u00e8s fin 2021, les CFF \u00e9tendront encore l'offre ferroviaire et proposeront alors huit arr\u00eats IC par jour et par direction au d\u00e9part de la gare cantonale d'Altdorf. La gare cantonale doit donc \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour devenir une plaque tournante des transports publics. Les trains CFF, les lignes de bus d'Auto AG et de CarPostal AG ainsi que le Tellbus et le Winkelriedbus y convergent.<\/p>\n<h2>Le d\u00e9veloppement d'Eyschachen progresse<\/h2>\n<p>Le canton d'Uri esp\u00e8re \u00e9galement que l'extension de la gare rendra la zone de d\u00e9veloppement voisine d'Eyschachen (d\u00e9sormais \"Werkmatt\") plus attrayante pour les investisseurs et les entreprises. Cette zone - l'un des derniers grands terrains encore en grande partie non construits dans le fond de la vall\u00e9e d'Uri - doit devenir un grand quartier commercial et industriel.<\/p>\n<p>Une parcelle de l'Eyschachen appartient au canton d'Uri, l'autre \u00e0 Armasuisse. Selon les m\u00e9dias locaux, la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration a maintenant mis en vente sa parcelle de 55 000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Les personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es peuvent se porter candidates \u00e0 l'achat jusqu'\u00e0 fin f\u00e9vrier, le prix indicatif s'\u00e9levant, selon les informations, \u00e0 4,7 millions de CHF.<\/p>\n<p>Selon le plan d'am\u00e9nagement de quartier, la zone Eyschachen\/Werkmatt dispose d'environ 83.000 m\u00b2 pour de nouvelles constructions, le reste de la surface se r\u00e9partissant entre les routes, les pistes cyclables et les chemins pi\u00e9tonniers, les zones de stationnement ainsi que les espaces verts.
