Le prestataire allemand de services d'appartements Limehome a ouvert son premier \u00e9tablissement en Suisse. Au centre de B\u00e2le, l'entreprise a mis en service 67 suites design. Le d\u00e9marrage a \u00e9t\u00e9 prometteur, communique l'entreprise. Selon le co-CEO et co-fondateur Josef Vollmayr, le taux d'occupation s'est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 70% au cours des premiers jours. Il se dit \"plus que confiant dans le fait que nous atteindrons \u00e9galement notre taux d'occupation habituel de plus de 90 % dans ce logement\".<\/p>\n

Les appartements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s en collaboration avec Gold Tree Asset Management dans l'ancien h\u00f4tel historique de B\u00e2le, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 pendant quelques mois. L'immeuble de la M\u00fcnzgasse \u00e9tait exploit\u00e9 comme h\u00f4tel conventionnel depuis les ann\u00e9es 1970.<\/p>\n

Limehome affirme avoir actuellement 6 300 suites sous contrat dans plus de 250 sites en Allemagne, Autriche, Pays-Bas, Belgique, Espagne, Portugal, Hongrie, Italie, Gr\u00e8ce et Suisse.
