Ce que cela signifie concr\u00e8tement pour un b\u00e2timent donn\u00e9 doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9 individuellement et ne peut pas \u00eatre d\u00e9sign\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. Les avantages sociaux et \u00e9conomiques d\u00e9pendent notamment de l'utilisation pr\u00e9vue du b\u00e2timent. Cela signifie qu'il peut y avoir de grandes diff\u00e9rences d'un cas \u00e0 l'autre. Qu'est-ce qui est examin\u00e9 dans ce cadre ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec nos clients, nous examinons les immeubles d'habitation ou commerciaux sous l'angle de la durabilit\u00e9, du rendement, du potentiel et de la commercialit\u00e9.
