La comparaison des sites met en relation les param\u00e8tres infrastructure locale et offre de loisirs avec les co\u00fbts du logement. R\u00e9sultat : dans dix des 13 r\u00e9gions analys\u00e9es, les centres de taille moyenne offrent le plus d'attrait pour une famille avec deux enfants et des moyens financiers moyens. Locarno et Vevey en font partie, tout comme les chefs-lieux de canton Aarau, Coire, Fribourg, Lucerne, Neuch\u00e2tel, Sion, Soleure et Saint-Gall. Outre ces centres moyens, B\u00e2le, Interlaken et Morat compl\u00e8tent la liste des communes de t\u00eate. Les deux grands centres de Berne et de Lausanne se classent dans le trio de t\u00eate de leur r\u00e9gion respective.<\/p>\n<h3>Vevey et Morges plus attractives que Lausanne<\/h3>\n<p>Du point de vue de l'UBS, les communes les mieux class\u00e9es b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d'un large \u00e9ventail de commerces, de bons soins m\u00e9dicaux et d'un acc\u00e8s rapide aux \u00e9coles et aux structures d'accueil pour enfants. L'offre de loisirs est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9e dans les communes les plus attractives. Comme la qualit\u00e9 de l'infrastructure et la qualit\u00e9 de vie ne peuvent pas compenser partout le co\u00fbt \u00e9lev\u00e9 de la vie, les communes d'Aarau et de Schaffhouse, par exemple, renvoient les communes du lac de Zurich \u00e0 leur place dans la r\u00e9gion de Zurich. En Suisse romande, Vevey et Morges sont plus attractives que Lausanne et au Tessin, Tenero-Contra et Muralto se classent devant Lugano. Schaffhouse, Goldach, Rheinfelden, Yverdon-les-Bains et Del\u00e9mont font partie des quelques communes o\u00f9 les co\u00fbts du logement sont inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 la moyenne, malgr\u00e9 une infrastructure et une qualit\u00e9 de vie sup\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<h3>Le bruit des avions est un crit\u00e8re d'exclusion<\/h3>\n<p>Les communes d'agglom\u00e9ration des grands centres offrent \u00e9galement une attractivit\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Rheinfelden, Ittigen ou Uster comptent parmi les plus attractives.
