L'\u00e9mission devrait rapporter 56,2 millions de CHF. Douze parts actuelles donnent droit \u00e0 une nouvelle part au prix d'\u00e9mission de 104,00 CHF net chacune. La lib\u00e9ration des nouvelles parts est pr\u00e9vue pour le 18 octobre.<\/p>\n<p>La direction du fonds veut utiliser le produit de la vente pour d\u00e9velopper le portefeuille immobilier et investir dans des immeubles existants.
