D'ici mars 2026, le taux d'occupation du complexe devrait passer de 34 actuellement \u00e0 62%, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 plusieurs baux commerciaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 sign\u00e9s, puis \u00e0 74% suppl\u00e9mentaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la reconversion en surfaces d'habitation mentionn\u00e9es. Le fonds indique que l'investissement pr\u00e9vu est de 7,50 millions de CHF. Les revenus locatifs suppl\u00e9mentaires attendus s'\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 environ 600 000 CHF.
