Par rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, la hausse est de 4,0 %. La tendance \u00e0 la hausse se poursuit donc.<br \/>\nLa reprise des prix se poursuit. Cependant, le prix est toujours inf\u00e9rieur de 10,0 % \u00e0 son pic du 1er trimestre 2022, selon les analyses de FPRE.<\/p>\n<p>Sept des huit r\u00e9gions FPRE enregistrent une hausse des prix des logements collectifs au 2e trimestre 2024. Les hausses de prix les plus importantes par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent sont observ\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9gions de la Suisse orientale (+2,0%), de B\u00e2le et de l'Espace alpin (+1,7% chacune) ainsi que du Jura (+1,5%). Seule la Suisse m\u00e9ridionale conna\u00eet une stagnation des prix (-0,3%).<\/p>\n<p>Stagnation des prix de l'immobilier de bureau<\/p>\n<p>Les prix de l'immobilier de bureau en Suisse n'ont pratiquement pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2024 par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, avec une baisse minime de 0,2%. Par rapport au<br \/>\nPar rapport au m\u00eame trimestre de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, on constate toutefois une augmentation des prix de 4,0 %.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9volutions sont diff\u00e9rentes selon les r\u00e9gions : Dans les r\u00e9gions du sud de la Suisse (-4,9%), de Zurich (-2,6%) et de la Suisse orientale (-0,5%), les prix sont plus bas qu'au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.
