Les investissements dans le b\u00e2timent ont baiss\u00e9 de 0,3% et ceux dans le g\u00e9nie civil ont augment\u00e9 de 2,7%. En comparaison annuelle, les investissements dans les projets de construction ont diminu\u00e9 de 2,5% et ceux dans les projets de transformation ont augment\u00e9 de 4,4%. C'est ce que montrent les r\u00e9sultats provisoires de la statistique de la construction de l'Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la statistique (OFS).<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9penses totales de construction se composent des investissements dans la construction et des d\u00e9penses publiques d'entretien. Elles ont augment\u00e9 de 0,3% en 2023. Corrig\u00e9es des prix, elles ont enregistr\u00e9 une baisse de 2,5%. Les investissements nominaux dans la construction ont augment\u00e9 de 0,2% par rapport \u00e0 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et les d\u00e9penses dans les travaux d'entretien publics ont augment\u00e9 de 0,8%.<\/p>\n<p>Les donneurs d'ordre publics - Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration, cantons et communes - ont augment\u00e9 les montants investis dans le g\u00e9nie civil (+3,9%) et dans le b\u00e2timent (+8,5%). En revanche, les donneurs d'ordre priv\u00e9s ont d\u00e9pens\u00e9 moins en un an dans le g\u00e9nie civil (-2,3%) et dans le b\u00e2timent (-1,9%).<\/p>\n<h3>Les particuliers augmentent leurs projets de r\u00e9novation de 4,4%<\/h3>\n<p>Les investissements dans les nouvelles constructions (-2,5%) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 moins importants en 2023 qu'un an auparavant. Ce sont les donneurs d'ordre priv\u00e9s qui ont d\u00e9pens\u00e9 moins pour les projets de construction (-4,8%). En revanche, les investissements dans les transformations ont augment\u00e9 (+4,4%). Outre les activit\u00e9s de transformation priv\u00e9es (+3,9%), les pouvoirs publics ont \u00e9galement investi davantage dans les nouvelles constructions (+6,9%) et dans les transformations (+5,2%) en comparaison annuelle.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9serve de travail plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour les investissements<\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9serves de travail pour les investissements pour l'ann\u00e9e 2024 des projets de construction en cours ont augment\u00e9 de 0,4% \u00e0 la fin de l'ann\u00e9e 2023 par rapport \u00e0 la date de cl\u00f4ture de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.
