Le taux de d\u00e9faillance des loyers a baiss\u00e9 de 1,6 \u00e0 1,1%. Les d\u00e9penses n'ont que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement augment\u00e9 au cours du trimestre, passant de 18,2 millions \u00e0 18,5 millions de CHF, et le revenu net s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9, passant de 30,4 millions \u00e0 31,8 millions de CHF. Le r\u00e9sultat total a \u00e9galement augment\u00e9, passant de 30,4 millions \u00e0 32,3 millions de CHF. Les gains ou les pertes en capital n'ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte dans le r\u00e9sultat semestriel.
