Il en ressort que la juste valeur du portefeuille est rest\u00e9e pratiquement inchang\u00e9e et s'\u00e9levait \u00e0 1,54 milliard de CHF au 31 mars. Sur ce montant, 101 millions de CHF \u00e9taient consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 des projets (fin 2023 : 94 millions de CHF). Le total des revenus a diminu\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re marginale, passant de 16,8 millions \u00e0 16,7 millions de CHF, et les dettes bancaires ont augment\u00e9 de 610 \u00e0 619 millions de CHF. La NAV apr\u00e8s IRFS est pass\u00e9e de 805 millions \u00e0 814 millions de CHF.
