Plus de 60% du dividende vis\u00e9 par part ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s d\u00e8s le premier semestre, indique la direction du fonds.<\/p>\n<h3>R\u00e9sultat total de 2,7 millions de CHF<\/h3>\n<p>Au cours des douze derniers mois, le fonds a pratiquement r\u00e9duit de moiti\u00e9 son taux de vacance, qui est pass\u00e9 de 3,2 \u00e0 1,7%. La location compl\u00e8te de l'immeuble \"Centro Lugano Sud\" y a contribu\u00e9. Le taux de perte de loyer a baiss\u00e9 de 3,7 \u00e0 1,6%. Pendant ce temps, les revenus nets se sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9s de 2% pour atteindre environ 6,4 millions de CHF. Cette augmentation est notamment due au taux d'indexation \u00e9lev\u00e9 d'environ 95% et \u00e0 la poursuite de la r\u00e9duction des surfaces vacantes. Le r\u00e9sultat total a baiss\u00e9 de 6,5 millions \u00e0 2,7 millions de CHF suite \u00e0 des d\u00e9valuations (-3,0 millions). La fortune totale du fonds a diminu\u00e9 d'environ 448 millions de CHF \u00e0 437 millions de CHF. Il n'y a pas eu d'achats ni de ventes.<\/p>\n<h3>\"Des opportunit\u00e9s d'achat hors march\u00e9 int\u00e9ressantes\"<\/h3>\n<p>Pour les futures acquisitions, le fonds mise sur les PME - \"afin d'obtenir des possibilit\u00e9s d'achat hors march\u00e9 int\u00e9ressantes\", selon le communiqu\u00e9. L'objectif est d'augmenter la part des biens immobiliers en Suisse al\u00e9manique.
