Cela repr\u00e9sente 6,87 % de plus qu'au premier semestre de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, comme l'indique le rapport semestriel non audit\u00e9 au 31 mars. Il n'y a pas eu d'achats ou de ventes durant la p\u00e9riode. Le taux d'inoccupation est annonc\u00e9 \u00e0 un niveau extr\u00eamement bas de 0,61 %. Les revenus locatifs ont augment\u00e9 de 3,57 % sur douze mois pour atteindre 44,4 millions de CHF. Cette augmentation provient de la location des immeubles de la rue de la Servette 89 abc et du lotissement C\u00f4t\u00e9 Parc \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. La majeure partie des revenus locatifs provient d'immeubles d'habitation et d'immeubles mixtes situ\u00e9s dans les grands centres urbains de Suisse romande.<\/p>\n<h3>Succ\u00e8s global nettement sup\u00e9rieur<\/h3>\n<p>Le cours de bourse des parts du fonds La Fonci\u00e8re a augment\u00e9 de 6,06 % par rapport au premier semestre de l'exercice pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Le revenu net du fonds est rest\u00e9 constant \u00e0 environ 16,7 millions de CHF, le r\u00e9sultat total a consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9 en raison d'une plus-value non r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 30,9 millions de CHF (ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente : -5,5 millions) et s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 47,6 millions de CHF. Au cours de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, un r\u00e9sultat global de 11,2 millions de CHF avait encore \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Prochaine augmentation de capital en juin<\/h3>\n<p>Entre-temps, le fonds pr\u00e9voit de poursuivre sa croissance : dans le cadre d'une augmentation de capital qui se d\u00e9roulera du 3 au 12 juin, environ 100 millions de CHF devraient \u00eatre r\u00e9colt\u00e9s.
