Son verdict : les sites City-Hub ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux exigences professionnelles. De plus, la contribution attendue \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du trafic de marchandises est \"n\u00e9gligeable\". La ville la chiffre tout au plus \u00e0 3%.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Cargo Sous Terrain (CST) pr\u00e9voit un syst\u00e8me logistique souterrain qui doit s'\u00e9tendre \u00e0 travers le Mittelland. Sur le principe, la ville de Zurich consid\u00e8re CST comme un projet innovant, \u00e9crit le conseil municipal dans un communiqu\u00e9. Certains transports de marchandises vers les City-Hubs pourraient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s sous terre et r\u00e9duire le trafic en surface. Selon la ville de Zurich, il y aurait toutefois plus de trafic autour des City-Hubs, surtout dans le quartier r\u00e9sidentiel d'Albisrieden. Il ne serait pas non plus possible de transf\u00e9rer tous les transports de marchandises sur CST. \"Par cons\u00e9quent, seuls environ 3 % du trafic de marchandises en surface pourraient \u00eatre \u00e9conomis\u00e9s dans la ville\", selon le jugement de Zurich. Par rapport \u00e0 l'ensemble du trafic motoris\u00e9 dans la ville, cela repr\u00e9senterait une r\u00e9duction de seulement 0,3 % environ.<\/p>\n<p>La ville de Zurich a besoin d'au moins trois City-Hubs, CST favorise Albisrieden, Herdern et Oerlikon. Le site d'Albisrieden se trouverait dans un quartier r\u00e9sidentiel. La ville s'y oppose en raison de la circulation des pi\u00e9tons et des cyclistes ainsi que de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des trajets scolaires. La protection de la nappe phr\u00e9atique et le fait que le tube de transport a\u00e9rien n\u00e9cessaire, d'un diam\u00e8tre de 6 \u00e0 7 m, ne soit \"gu\u00e8re r\u00e9alisable de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante du point de vue urbanistique\" s'opposent au site de Herdern. Et sur le site d'Oerlikon, le hub se trouverait, selon le plan directeur cantonal, dans une zone de densification. Comme la part d'utilisation r\u00e9sidentielle va augmenter, l'augmentation de la charge due au trafic lourd sur ce site \"ne pourrait gu\u00e8re \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re compatible avec le quartier\". <em>(aw)<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le projet est innovant, mais selon un communiqu\u00e9 du conseil municipal, des raisons importantes s'opposent aux trois sites propos\u00e9s par CST.
