La valeur v\u00e9nale est pass\u00e9e de 3,69 milliards \u00e0 3,99 milliards de CHF suite aux transactions conclues et aux investissements dans des projets. Le taux de vacance a baiss\u00e9 depuis le 1er trimestre 2023, passant de 2,15 \u00e0 un niveau encore plus bas de 1,61%.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/unternehmen\/2024-04-04\/swiss-prime-ast-waechst-durch-sacheinlage-einer-pensionskasse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apport en nature de la caisse de pension de D\u00e4twyler Holding<\/a> avec cinq immeubles, il s'agit de la principale acquisition du trimestre. L'un des points forts de la gestion de portefeuille a \u00e9t\u00e9 la r\u00e9ception du nouveau projet de construction \"Litterna\" \u00e0 Vi\u00e8ge (VS). Les 138 appartements avec jardin d'enfants sont enti\u00e8rement lou\u00e9s, mais pas encore les deux petites surfaces commerciales du projet. Un autre \u00e9v\u00e9nement important de ces derniers mois a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9but de la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape sur le site Riverside \u00e0 Zuchwil. Des unit\u00e9s commerciales flexibles et des lofts y seront notamment construits. Le site accueillera \u00e9galement le projet \"Riverlab\", avec des surfaces pour la restauration et des bureaux, ainsi que deux autres immeubles d'habitation au bord de l'eau, comprenant au total 51 appartements en location et en propri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.immobilienbusiness.ch\/fr\/unternehmen\/2024-04-23\/spa-immobilien-schweiz-plant-emission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Comme rapport\u00e9<\/a>Le groupe d'investissement sera \u00e9mis dans quelques jours. <em>(aw)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comme le communique la Fondation de placement Swiss Sprime, le portefeuille du groupe de placement a augment\u00e9 de 300 millions de francs.
