En revanche, les revenus locatifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9s d'environ 4,5% \u00e0 106,4 millions de CHF et la valeur de march\u00e9 du portefeuille a augment\u00e9 de 1,8% \u00e0 environ 2,16 milliards de CHF. Avec une distribution stable de 2,65 CHF, le rendement de la distribution a atteint 4,3%. L'agio n\u00e9gatif, la diff\u00e9rence entre le cours de bourse et la valeur nette d'inventaire, s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9 au cours de l'ann\u00e9e, passant de -4,8 \u00e0 -0,6%. En tenant compte de la distribution, la performance annuelle s'\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 7,2%, soit 2,2 points de pourcentage de plus que l'indice de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence SXI Real Estate Funds TR.<\/p>\n<p>Le produit net du fonds s'est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement am\u00e9lior\u00e9, passant d'environ 65,0 \u00e0 environ 65,6 millions de CHF. Le r\u00e9sultat total a en revanche nettement diminu\u00e9, passant de 66,4 millions \u00e0 39,8 millions de CHF. Des d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciations d'un total de 25,8 millions de CHF se sont fait sentir.
